An attic extension in a listed house on the Bellariastraße in the 1st district of Vienna. Three high-quality condominiums and rental apartments with outdoor areas were created in the city's center. The house is located in a historic building complex between the Ringstraße and the Natural HIstory Museum, right next to the Volksgarten and Hofburg, Volkstheater and Museumsquartier. This spectacular view can be enjoyed in the conservatory. Through the hinged windows, the interior seems larger, and the outer region is connected, all without altering the listed building from the outside. Extending the existing atrium with a glass cube, has made it visible from the interior. The interior was designed by BWM Architekten und Partner (design / artistic direction / interior design) individually tailored and designed to the needs of the client.
