Exhibition architecture of the 2015 Lower Austria State Exhibition; design, final planning, site supervision
In 2015 the Lower Austria State Exhibition dedicated itself to the topic of “ÖTSCHER:REICH – The Alps and us”. The newly renovated coach house of the Mariazell Railway in Frankenfels housed the State Exhibition for seven months. The exhibition architecture created a white, cubic, abstract arrangement of rooms over two floors, and the objective was to form a contrast to the rustic surroundings. The exhibition room aimed to inspire visitors to think about the landscape – the white “gallery room” served as a didactic instrument.
