Vienna House R.evo
A hotel stay just like you want it – whether alone, with others, for one night or for several months. BWM Architekten have developed an interior concept for the new Vienna House R.evo hotel chain. Their main focus is on free flow, which is implemented not only in the design but also in terms of how it is used. The 2-storey lobby combines living, leisure and work in one open space with a reception, lounge, bar, restaurant and shop as well as a co-working area. The design has a vintage flair, featuring so-called objets trouvé such as bureaus found at flea markets and the Vitra working chair from the 1950s. The 600-plus rooms are divided into four main themes, each of which has a different weighting in terms of colour scheme, choice of furniture and materials, as well as lighting – while always following the free-flow idea.
