BWM Designers & Architects

Markus Kaplan (born in 1972 in Salzburg) is BWM's expert for hotel, residential and urban development.

He has been with the firm ever since it was established in 2004; in 2014 he joined the management team.

As a direct contact person for project developers, he brings his extensive know-how into the projects he designs – from residential buildings to hotel complexes.

Since 2014 Markus Kaplan has been representing BWM as a shareholder in the URBANAUTS Hospitality Group, which operates the innovative grätzlhotel and étagèrie in Vienna.

His prime focus is on social and cultural sustainability combined with diversity.
