Alteration of the newly renovated top floor of a Gründerzeit building into an elegant city apartment. BWM Architekten planned the interior design of this two-floor private residence along with its attendant terraces and outdoor kitchen. The focus of the design was mainly on the use of luxurious materials. The fabric and leather facings on the wall installations in the master bedroom, dressing rooms and children’s room have special tactile qualities.
