By the Danube Canal.
An office building on the Brigittenauer Lände in Vienna’s 20th district has been transformed into a modern residential building. It comprises two wings: one facing the Donaukanal and one looking onto a green courtyard. Most of the flats are smaller freehold flats, each with a balcony, which were designed with investors and singles in mind. The seven larger penthouses with spacious terraces are accessed by means of their own lift. The façade was given a homogeneous appearance with an elegant anthracite colour; the playful, golden decorative railings serve to break up the austerity of the architecture

Residential building Brigittenauer Lände
The building in the 20th district of Vienna previously used mainly as office building has been converted into a modern residential building. It contains mostly smaller apartments suitable for student living facing both the street and the courtyard. All units have their own balconies while the larger attic flats also have large terraces. The façade has been unified and painted in an elegant anthracite colour.
