Zero Project Award
The Parliamentary Administration was honoured at the Zero Project Conference 2026 in the UNO City for its accessibility – as one of a total of 560 international submissions, 82 of which received awards, only two of which were from Austria. Congratulations!

The bar at Hotel Entners am See was turned into a welcoming place where people can socialise at any time of day – a perfect spot for enjoying the region’s best breakfast cappuccino or exclusive tea blends in the afternoon. And in the evening, there is nothing like an aperitif or sundowner in the newly designed lounge while admiring the spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding Karwendel mountains …

Authentic intimacy.
For the spa area at Palais Mailberger Hof free-standing elements were carefully chosen with the aim of leaving the vaulted ceiling fully visible and free from visual obstructions. The sauna box separates the showers from the relaxation zone, with a central free-standing drinking station placed in between. All of these features have soft, rounded edges to complement the vaulted ceiling. The soft, customisable lighting creates a soothing and intimate atmosphere, embodying the concept of “authentic intimacy”.

BWM for Otto-Wagner-Areal!
We’re thrilled about a very special new undertaking: In the course of a three-stage selection process, we were chosen for general planning services in the renovation of several buildings in the heritage-protected Otto Wagner Areal, which will then be used by the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK). We can’t wait to get started on this ambitious project!
