The House of Austrian History has moved into its new home in the Neue Burg on Vienna’s Heldenplatz. BWM Architekten, who won the EU-wide competition, were responsible for the design and general planning. Over the next few weeks, the exhibition “Aufbruch ins Ungewisse – Österreich seit 1918” (Journey into the Unknown – Austria since 1918) will be set up on the premises covering an area of roughly 760m2.
Save the date: the museum will open its doors on 10 November 2018. We're looking forward to it!
